• Council for the acceptance of state-level construction works, inspecting the quality of works.
• EIA Evaluation Council of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, specialized in mining, mineral processing, metallurgy, material recycling, etc.
• Ministry-level Science and Technology Evaluation Council; Appraisal, technical support, development of Iron and Steel Complex works: Thai Nguyen, Hoa Phat, Cao Bang, Viet Trung, Formosa Ha Tinh, etc.
• Participate in consulting and reviewing projects on natural resources, minerals, metallurgy and environment of the country and the locality.
